FAQ About The 6 Week Summer Shape Up Programme

  • What if I haven’t exercised in a long time or not at all?

Whether you’re a complete beginner or have experience, we’ll adapt your workouts so they’re tailored to your abilities meaning you can rest easy knowing we’ve got you covered.

  • What results can I expect to get at the end of the 6 weeks?

6 weeks is the perfect amount of time to see drastic results in a short space of time. You’ll notice you’ve toned up in all the right places, with increased confidence levels whilst transforming your health and fitness levels.

  • I have a pre-existing injury, I don’t want to make it worse or have any setbacks.

A lot of people that come to us for the first time have pre-existing injuries but our coaching team is very experienced and endorsed by many local physios for the good work we do. We will work around any injuries you have which will make you stronger for the future without any pain or discomfort.

  • What if I can’t make it into your facility for sessions?

If you’re unable to attend physically, don’t worry we’ve got you covered! We have incorporated online coaching along with our normal training. So you can either train with us, or from the comfort of your own home.

I’ve always been in and out of gyms my whole adult life, all cardio based classes/exercise. When I first heard of ETL and found out there wasn’t a treadmill in sight I was totally disinterested. I was very nervous walking into ETL on 2nd Jan 2018 for my 30 day trial but I’d decided that 2018 was the year I was going to get fit! From that first day, the staff and other gym members were so friendly and welcoming. It really is a gym for all shapes, sizes and abilities. I love the mix of semi private pt sessions combined with classes (hiit, move, boxing, build, strength & stretch) as it provided such a good variation and an all over body workout every-time. The coaches all have different styles so no workout is ever the same! They are on hand to perfect your technique, give nutritional advice and push you if you need it. Every exercise can be adapted to suit the level you are working at or support any injuries/niggles you might have! I can honestly say joining ETL is the best thing I’ve ever done. Not only have I changed my body shape but I’ve altered how I think about food and nutrition and made some friends for life! Give it a go you won’t regret it!
