"I was very nervous walking into ETL on 2nd Jan 2018 for my 30 day trial but I’d decided that 2018 was the year I was going to get fit! From that first day, the staff and other gym members were so friendly and welcoming. It really is a gym for all shapes, sizes and abilities. I love the mix of semi private pt sessions combined with classes (hiit, move, boxing, build, strength & stretch) as it provided such a good variation and an all over body workout every-time. The coaches all have different styles so no workout is ever the same! They are on hand to perfect your technique, give nutritional advice and push you if you need it. Every exercise can be adapted to suit the level you are working at or support any injuries/niggles you might have! I can honestly say joining ETL is the best thing I’ve ever done.
